Design Terms of Service

• All designs are defaulted to personal usage - commercial usage can be purchased at initial purchase or after. This will not carry over if you wish to resell the design (the commercial usage is meant for the person who bought it).
• Commercial usage: Vtuber/mascots, physical merchandise or advertisements
• Payment (art/USD/etc) information here!
• Designs are not meant for use of NTFs or AI work.
• Credits are included on my posts and if a design is on Toyhou.se the credits will be posted there.
• I don't keep old designs past 6 months-1 year.
• If you obtain a design from me for free (only pertains to my designs) then you must add artwork to the design in order for a resale.
• If you purchase a design, I request that additional artwork/written works are added to resell for a higher price.
• Mystery customs are designs that have a hint of the design and/or species. These designs do not have refunds available as you are paying for a mystery.
• Full customs where I interact/confirm designs is where refunds can be requested if you are fully unhappy with the design. This is at the halfway marker - 50% will be refunded as there was still work being completed. Depending on the type of custom, I may put the design up for sale (pending consent of the client)

• I accept USD payments
• PayPal and CashApp are accepted payment methods. CashApp does not have buyer protection - I will always honor my half.
• No refunds.
• Flat priced designs - payment is due within 24 hours of claiming.
• Occasionally, sales will be hosted and I will request gift cards in place of USD
• Offer to Adopt (OTA) designs will allow artwork, but don't leave me in the dark. After 6 months of no contact I will place the design back up for sale or bids.
• Auctions have auto buy prices which include add-ons such as icons/extra items/etc. If an auto buy is chosen, payment plans are automatically built in if desired.
• Holds are acceptable for flat sale designs for up to two weeks while auctions only have holds for auto buys of one week.

• Zooms (back view, paws, eyes, etc): +$5
• NSFW (includes zooms if desired): +$8
• Choose Base: +$5
• 2 Alt Hairstyles: +$8
• 2 Outfits: +$10
• 6 Interest Items: +$5
• Alt form: +$8-12 (depends on complexity changes)

Resources Terms of Service

• Bases, color palletes, and other resources I create need to be credited to my Toyhou.se [CosmicMochii] or Ko-fi. Either one will suffice, but fall under different names/links.
• Slight alterations of bases are allowed.
• Don't completely change the base and claim as your own. Please note my base v your edits.
• Feel free to make add-on packs to my bases and share them! I would prefer that if there is a cost added onto the additions created that the price does not exceed the amount the base was sold at. (e.g. $15 for a base shouldn't have a $40 add on pack)
• If you want to collaborate on my bases both parties need to have purchased the base.
• Bases need my watermark somewhere on it - if it moves that is acceptable. Please leave it visible.
• My bases typically will be .psd or .png files and should work on most devices.
• Some bases will come with an option for commercial license which allows usage for selling products or use in streaming/marketing depending on the base. If there is not an option to pay more, there is no commercial fee.
• My resources can be used for customs/adoptables/designs or species sheets.
• All resources may have varying options of payment due to commercial rights being purchased with the base! Please keep this in mind, and always read the descriptions.
